Where Chef & Porter provides smart fridge services at your workplace, we may also collect and process:

• Your name and work email address (provided to us by your employer)
• Access credentials such as a PIN or similar identifier (stored securely)
• Food and drink purchase and transaction history
• Usage and device interaction data
• Internal fridge camera footage capturing product interaction during item removal or return. The cameras are positioned to avoid capturing identifiable images of individuals.

We do not intentionally collect biometric data, audio recordings, or personal data unrelated to the operation of the service.

• Arrange tastings or follow up on interest in our services

Chef & Porter acts as an independent data controller in relation to personal data processed through smart fridge services.
