We install the fridge
We handle the entire installation. You do not need a canteen, a dedicated food area, or any specialist infrastructure. Our smart fridges are temperature-controlled and designed to sit neatly in a kitchen area, breakout space, or corridor, compact enough to fit almost anywhere without disrupting your workplace.

We deliver fresh meals daily
Every morning our kitchen team prepares a fresh selection of meals and delivers them directly to your fridge. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks are all included, with the menu rotating regularly so there is always something new to choose from. Our kitchen holds a 5-star food hygiene rating and every item carries full allergen, ingredient, and nutritional information.

We manage everything behind the scenes
Once the fridge is in and the deliveries are running, you do not need to think about it. We monitor usage, adjust restocking, handle maintenance, and send you regular reports. Everything runs in the background, exactly as it should.
Restocking guided by data and feedback
We track what sells and adjust quantities and menu composition based on real usage data and team feedback. Popular items are restocked more frequently.
Usage and performance reporting
You receive regular reporting on usage, popular items, and service performance. No admin required from your side, just a clear picture of how the service is running.
Surplus redistribution
Any unsold meals at the end of the day are redistributed to local charities and food banks rather than going to waste. We take care of everything.
Ongoing maintenance
The fridge, the stock, the labels, the temperature monitoring. All of it is our responsibility. If something needs attention, we deal with it.
Ongoing support
If something is not right, we want to know about it. Your account contact is always on hand and your team can reach us directly through the Porter app.

Support and feedback
Something not right? Contact our support team directly through Porter. You can also leave feedback on individual dishes, which helps us improve the menu over time.
Porter is accessed exclusively via the QR code on your fridge. You don't need the app to pay or use the fridge.

Your team pays directly at the fridge by contactless card or phone. No account to create, no pre-ordering. Just tap and go.
Staff pay directly
Team members tap their card or phone at the fridge. Visa, Mastercard, and mobile wallets are all supported. Simple, fast, and no admin required from you.
Subsidised meals
Employers can cover part or all of the cost as a staff benefit. Subsidies are applied via a simple pin system at the fridge — team members enter their pin, tap their card, and the discount is applied automatically.
Vouchers and credits
Issue meal credits as a one-off gesture or an ongoing perk. A birthday treat, a reward for great work, or simply a way of saying thank you.
